A Helping Hand If You Need It

Your health might change. Your address won’t.

Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art, on-site Health Center at Fox Run is fully connected and accessible to everything the entire campus offers—Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. (Should you ever need it.) It also offers access to a fully equipped, state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, physician’s offices and private counseling areas. No matter what your health needs are, Fox Run has it all.

The Fox Run Health Center features Person-Centered Care. This means a customized healthcare program is created for each individual. Staff members are available 24/7 and provide full support for daily tasks such as medication management, personal care, bathing and dressing.

Assisted Living

Community Members can live life with as much independence and activity as possible in one of our 34 comfortable assisted living suites. Personal care aides are available to assist with activities of daily living. Housekeeping and laundry services are also included. Our caring staff of nurses manages and administers daily medications, offering each Member and their loved ones true peace of mind.

Memory Care

Our 18 specially designed suites allow our Community Members to personalize their space to fit their needs. Those with cognitive impairment can still live life to their fullest while remaining safe and secure. Each Community Member in the LPCiminelli Memory Care Neighborhood receives an individualized service plan developed by our case manager, program coordinator, and specially trained staff. Fox Run nurses and personal care aides offer assistance with activities of daily living 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Most importantly, our case manager is available to help you and your family adjust to your new environment, as well as monitor your progress.

Skilled Nursing

Fox Run’s Skilled Nursing program combines a warm, home-like setting with 24-hour nursing care. Our health center team brings compassionate care, open communication and respect to all Community Members and their families. Our intimate setting offers a unique opportunity for personalized attention and individualized care and is closely overseen by our licensed nursing home administrator who has over 20 years of experience. Our Skilled Nursing program has received five stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Five-Star Quality Rating System.
