We’re ready to help
We have a management staff of specially trained professionals who handle every aspect of the Fox Run at Orchard Park community. Each department works hard to contribute its own special facet of care to our Community Members.
Fox Run Leadership Team
William “Bill” Wlodarczyk, CPA
Chief Executive Officer
Michelle Murtha-Kraus, LNHA
Health Center Administrator / Associate Chief Executive Officer
Michelle prides herself in ensuring that Fox Run is providing the highest quality of care to our Community Members. She works hard to make a difference in people’s lives each day with superb care for the Health Center’s Community Members.
Jill L. Hausrath, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Many people might see making financial decisions as being difficult and scary. Jill’s goal is to ease those fears by providing answers to your questions and a welcoming presence when it comes to your financial future at Fox Run. While her many years of schooling have taught her to deal with finances without fear, they didn’t ease her greatest fear in life: spiders.
Pier Rodges, MSA
Director of Human Resources
Pier is determined to ensure that the most caring and qualified staff is hired at Fox Run in order to provide the care and services our community members deserve. She understands that our Community Members are welcoming us into their home – not the other way around. While Pier is personable and outgoing, she also has an interesting past from her time in the U.S. Navy with top secret clearance.
Mary Lou Letina Land
Director of Marketing & Sales
Mary Lou looks forward to attaining and surpassing the goals of Fox Run in her role as the Director of Marketing and Sales. She loves working one-on-one with prospective Community Members, helping to familiarize them with life at Fox Run. She’s not a fan of lady bugs, and doesn’t love beets (who does?), but that doesn’t mean you won’t find her to be in a happy disposition around the Fox Run campus.
Director of Dining Services
If you are what you eat, the Community Members at Fox Run are lucky to dine under chef Mark’s direction. He has several accolades under his chef’s hat, and the dining service team’s biggest goal is to establish relationships with the Community Members and find out what they need to fulfill their expectations. Along with creating culinary specialties, Mark can also provide free entertainment at happy hours.
Matthew J. Lawless
Director of Facilities
Matthew believes that the maintenance and upkeep of the Fox Run campus as a whole is equally important as the Community Members themselves. Some of his favorite memories include roughing it while camping, but his work as Director of Facilities is anything but rough. Through attention to detail and a team-centered work environment, he is able to keep the Fox Run campus immaculately maintained.
Mary Watts Wellington, MS, LMHC
Director of Resident Services
Mary’s goal as Director of Resident Services is to build on the six dimensions of wellness offered at Fox Run: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, and vocational. She aims to better the lives of everyone involved in the community – both those who live and work here – in everything she does. And trust us, when she puts her mind to something, she achieves it – like her time playing semi-pro soccer for the Buffalo Phillies.
